The names are trademarked, according to U.S. Allen + Roth and Project Source is are fact, a Lowe's proprietary products. For example, Aquasource faucets are offered through web-based general merchandising venues such as Amazon. Lowes faucets are sold through venues other than those owned by Lowe's. Project Source faucets are generally less expensive builder-grade fittings - the lower end of the Lowes family of faucets. So far as we can tell, the quality and design of Alan Roth faucets are on par with Aquasource faucets. The brand is used on everything from faucets to floor tile, including lighting fixtures, mirrors, medicine cabinets, vanities, ceiling fans, and closet organizers. The Allen + Roth brand contains just bath faucets. It is also used to brand sinks, toilets, showers, and bath accessories such as towel bars and robe hooks. The Aquasource brand is used on every sort of faucet from bathroom lavatories to kitchen, bar, prep, laundry, and utility faucets. Or AquaLife, a private brand of the Waxman Consumer Group. Aquasource is the main brand, not to be confused with AquaSource, Allen + Roth and Project Source are the in-store brand names under which the Lowe's sells its house faucets.
